Shwmae!

Whether you’re taking your first steps with our Couch to 5k programme, training for a serious race, or just looking to stay fit and social, our structured, coached sessions are designed to help you grow in confidence and achieve your goals.

We meet every Wednesday evening, starting at 6.30pm. Through the winter, we run on the Swansea University track, and through the summer we train at different locations around Swansea and Gorseinon.
